"As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world as in being able to remake ourselves."
– Mahatma Gandhi
Holistic Recovery Solutions values our clients’ unique needs and collaborates with them to design the recovery path that works best for them and that aligns with their values and lifestyle. Therefore, we take great care in co-creating a tailored approach to their recovery from addiction and road to well-being. Specifically, by taking a trauma-sensitive approach, we facilitate healing back to wholeness.
Trauma-Sensitive Recovery Coaching
Going beyond traditional coaching, trauma-sensitive recovery coaching fills the gaps in coaching with personalized support from someone who has been there. Daily check-ins and immediate help during tough times keep you on track toward healing and growth. Keeping in mind how trauma affects us and what part it plays in substance use addiction, I build trust and rapport with you so that you feel comfortable sharing honestly and openly. Through Strengths-Based Coaching, you will be able to weather the ups and downs of your life by developing coping mechanisms to manage stress, difficult emotions, and also cravings.
Positive and Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Holistic Recovery Solutions offers one-on-one coaching to help clients improve their organization, time management, and overall task completion, both at work and also at home. We work with you to craft a plan for building better habits and routines, so you can be more productive and reach your personal and professional goals. Using the principles of Positive Intelligence, clients develop the mental fitness needed to meet life’s challenges head-on. Clients are enrolled in an eight-week foundational program designed to equip you with the skills needed to overcome self-defeating thoughts and behaviors and build self-confidence.
Family Support and Intervention
Sometimes, a loved one’s recovery from substance abuse needs a stronger push. Balance Point understands that families heal together. Our team steps in to support the entire family unit. We help families tap into their own emotional intelligence to provide additional support for their loved one in recovery. This includes effective strategies for managing behaviors and establishing clear communication and solid boundaries, all to create a more supportive and healing environment for everyone involved.
Accountability Coaching
Accountability Coaching offers a bridge between intensive coaching and self-management. Your coach acts as a trusted confidant and “cheerleader,” not just keeping you accountable to your recovery goals but also by offering encouragement and real-time guidance during cravings or difficult moments. Think of it as having a supportive partner who walks alongside you on your path to lasting change.
